Aromatherapy 101!

#24.  Essential Oils are helpful for treating itchy or painful insect bites and stings.  Use a drop or two of Lavender or Tea Tree directly on a sting to cool and comfort.  If you are treating a sting, make sure the stinger is out before applying the oil.
